5 nights in complete smelly and freezing room!
If it was not because of New Years, and all other hotels were fully booked. We had without a doubt and VERY quickly left and booked another hotel.

We have been traveling a lot, and this hotel has by far been the worst yet and I guess ever will be!

The rooms are not like the pictures, the service is terrible / non-existing, the rooms all smell bad / smoking. The address is not located as given on the Hotels.com, Google or any other,

two days nightmare. Starting with the front desk, a woman nasty and rude. Hall smelly, dirty, where you see the breakfast room that does not match the picture... o my god!
the rooms are in poor condition, and completely filthy. Hair on the floor, dirty furniture, sheets and bedspreads routes messy. Air conditioning noisy. Very noisy at night. They tell us that breakfast is served until 10, but actually until 9 is closed.
D'NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. Steal your money! Too expensive and far from downtown. A total crap!

The food is terrible. The room is small for its price. The old lady in the reception is very rude and very unfriendly. The aircon is not good so we have to transfer from room 502 to 602. The hallway is stinky. There is no outlet so you have to use the outlet for the hair blower or television.

Overall this hotel offers your basic amenities. The room was quite clean and large (stayed in 4 person room). As advertised it is a short stroll to Tu Cheng MTR. Closeby there is plenty of convenient stores. Breakfast was included but quite simple and located in a small dining but in Taiwan there's plenty of cheap breakfast choices.
