We had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay at this newly built hotel! Incredible view from balcony of honeymoon suite (no 321), good breakfast, very polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, modern decoration, nice baby-cot provided, nice pool area and area with sunbeds in between beach and pool, free sunbeds in front row at beach, suitable for families with small children (although access to hotel’s facilities and beach is a bit difficult especially if you are situated in one of the rooms on the top-in any case club cars will take care of your transfers), beautiful and clean beach with pebbles.

Friendly advice: I would propose to revisit pool/beach menu (with new rich salads, smoothies, variety of fresh juices, low cal dishes, etc), pool WC cleanliness needs improvement as WC are accessible by users of beach as well, add a local pie or something else at the breakfast (each day different as a daily special), more strict policy on use of pool by non-guests and adherence to pool’s terms and conditions, offering a bottle of water free of charge , organizing events at night to keep guests at the lovely pool area and review policy of room service charge. If you look into these points, your services will surely meet and exceed guests expectations and of course reflect what they pay!

Thank you and see you again!! Highly recommended!!

Really enjoyable hotel for family vacations.
Pros:
- Great location in front of the island of Aghia Paraskevi direct access to calm sea waters between the beach and the small island. All sort of sea sports possible.
- Built on the slope of the shore offers great view to the sunset for most rooms.
- Hotel architecture seems interesting with several levels
- Electric cars moving you up and down willfully from level to level add to the family fun.
- Breakfast is rich and of good quality although the variety stays unchanged.
- Restaurant is professionally run with some well prepared plates and room service.
- Rooms are very clean
- The hotel is newly built, and it shows.

Cons:

- The pool water is warm destroying the refresh effect
- Movement around the hotel is possible only through the call and carry over of the golf electric cars driven by hotel employees.

We are halfway through our 10 day holiday at this wonderful hotel. We have a beautiful clean room with an amazing view. The pool is right by the beach and the food from the restaurant is fabulous.

If you want fast food go to McDonalds!

This hotel sets the tempo for your family to enjoy each other’s company in beautiful surroundings and is superbly positioned just outside of Syvota, where you can go on various boat trips or enjoy an evening meal in the harbour.

We have a self drive boat trip organised for the islands and river rafting later in the week.

The WiFi in the hotel keeps the children/teenagers happy and there is English tv in the rooms for when it’s too hot.

From the beach you can swim / snorkel to a little island, hire a pedalo or canoe. The water is clean, safe and a great temperature.

The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs.

We have just returned from the hotel and we stayed in the honey moon suite.
The room was lovely and had the most most amazing view .
However this boutique hotel was very disappointing

Unless you get up early you have little chance of finding a sun lounger on the beach , they are all taken by locals and you are pretty close together . This meant we had to stay by the pool .
Unfortunately this seems to be open to anyone not just hotels guests. It was noisy from screaming local kids and loud music. People were just walking in off the beach and using the showers and toilets . On our last day the pool was really murky.

The staff work really hard taking orders from guest and everyone else on the beach so the service is really really slow.

Just recently stayed at the Prima Vista boutique hotel. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday and also had a very comfortable bed. However, the pool area was not so great... the pool was merky from where people not even staying at the hotel were in and out. Young children splashing and causing a lot of noise with no control throughout the day. Bar staff were mostly friendly (some very rude) however the service was shocking and took on average over 20 mins for a beer. Grit and really slippery floors surrounded the pool, for a 4 star hotel and the price I paid I did not expect for any non guest users to be able to use all facilities (especially the pool toilets which were filthy as all people from the beach are coming to use them). Very very disappointing
