This is a lovely hotel; it’s brand new and everything is modern and clean! The room was massive and equally impressive bathroom and an incredibly powerful shower! It is BED BUG FREE and the king size bed was very comfortable, I could have spent the whole holiday sleeping! The staff were very attentive and friendly and I must gave special credit to the staff who work on the beach bar and make the BEST Pina Coladas I’ve ever tasted! I don’t know how but the ones in the main hotel bar were awful compared to the ones on the beach which were just perfect – I would return to this hotel just to have another one of those! There was a wide range of food available including ‘choose your own’ stations which included both Vietnamese and Western foods. There’s a little ice cream stand in the dining area as well which served tiramisu ice cream most days – they call it coffee but it’s definitely tiramisu which is my favourite flavour of ice cream. We did try the specialist restaurant which was nice however I think I preferred the main restaurant. You do sometimes need to sign for your drinks; there’s no charge for this, it’s just to give the staff something to do so they look busy.
We booked this hotel as part of an all-inclusive package hotel with TUI and whilst I cannot fault the hotel itself, the all-inclusive part to this hotel is very confusing and definitely NOT all-inclusive! We received an email from TUI before we arrived informing us snacks in one of the snack bars were no longer included however when we arrived our rep told us it would cost the hotel too much if we piled our plates high however if we only had a few things from the snack bar, the staff wouldn’t stop us. This is very confusing, either the snacks are or aren’t included. Different package holiday providers also offer different levels of all-inclusiveness, which was also confusing when we first arrived. There’s boards around the bars with the different logos on to inform guests which drinks they are allowed depending on the tour company. This is very strange; all the other all-inclusive holidays I’ve been on, not only have I been able to eat all of the food on offer in the hotel but I’ve been able to choose whichever drinks I like, which included creating my own cocktails! I can understand paying more for premium products and getting the cheaper stuff included but not a choice of only a few spirit mixers and 6-7 cocktails. Furthermore, only the water in the hotel room was complimentary, all of the other drinks/snacks were chargeable; again I’ve never known this to be the case. I think somebody needs to tell the hotel management what the definition of “all-inclusive’ is! Whilst normally I would mark this hotel down for this, my overall stay was very satisfactory and therefore I would still recommend this hotel and give it 5 stars. I would return again as it is a beautiful hotel.

This resort is on par to the 6star Burj al Arab.
This deal is ridiculous. If u can find a better deal, pigs do fly. Seriously.
Special thanks to restaurant staff. Very nice. Foods are so variety, swimming pool is big.
But you need to create more activities for guest who stay in the raining season like us. Raining all day night so we had to stay in room and nothing to entertain.
You should change also the comp wasabi nut in minibar, it was terrible and not many person and ate that, believe me.
Overall, everything is brilliant most is attitude of staffs. Keep it until I comeback. Big thanks
I was staying in the room with such a wonderful view. You can see sunset from your balcony and it amazing! All amenities inside, don't need to take a lot of things so far like shampoo, cotton balls, shower cap, vanity kit and other. Even they will set up bath salt near by your bathtub!!! Free tea set, mini bar with 3 soft drinks and 1 pack of snack. You can find useful flip-flops for the beach, white slippers for room (so soft!) and blue bathrobe inside closet. I tried Seashell restaurant and really appreciated it: staff always smiley, food variety was okay for me! In this resort really huge pool I've ever seen! Because was windy and I couldn't swim on the beach, most of my time I spent in the pool. You can play volley or basketball there! I saw some kids activity also. Sim Bar can serve cocktails and drinks for you there. I can recommend Akoya spa & free gym. 1 day I spent in Vinpear land park, 1 day in Safari and I think it enough. If you Casino lover you can go and play , it also near by. Special thanks I want to say for reception! They can speak fluent English, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and maybe some languages else))) Thanks for support during my stay there. For next time I will book more days.
