Rooms were clean but lot of frogs in room, very less variety of food..gardens not maintained properly... though pool was good...
Actually good property but not maintained well.
Staff was curtious and decent.
Such a beautiful place to stay in . It has all the necessities you need . Properly located . Great hospitality. Lovely room service . Do try food here . Worth the price . Recommended for peace and awsome morning view .
This was sited in Dhela and very near to Jhirna range (which is 3rd most visited and popular range inside Jim Corbett). I booked this resort and later I coordinated with Mr. Ramesh Adhikari for safari booking.
Let’s come to the review of the resort –
Our stay was awesome and I must say this resort makes you feel like staying at the edge of Jungle. (Photo uploaded). This property is quite vast with many cottages, gardens, swimming pool and reception cum restaurant building.
If you are lucky enough, you might hear the roar of Bengal tiger or alarming call from deer or monkey during night. You can found some trespassers like monkey, wild fox, monitor lizard, deer around your property ground. This place was quiet and if you are bird watcher, this would be paradise for you. Swimming Pool was well maintained and clean and safe for your children as well (my 4+ years old son enjoyed a lot). You will find a pool board, table tennis board and a carrom
board (Carrom board was not in good condition). The kitchen was clean enough and hygiene and we loved their menu (they have various dishes).
They served RO water and room service was excellent.
I must say many thanks to Hotel Manager Mr. Ramesh Adhikari and Mr. Manoj for helping us many times during our stay. I booked my safaris from Hotel by coordinating with Ramesh and we had Bijrani (which is 2nd most visited and popular range inside Jim Corbett) and Jhirna range. We had excellent safari guide arranged by Mr. Manoj. All hotel staffs were excellent and always with smile and very prompt in service.
I would recommend Parwati Wild Abode Corbett Resort definitely and more I recommend cottage rooms from 100 to 105. Please include you food packages along with your stay as in jungle we do not have much options for outside food but I assure, you will enjoy their cooking.
Best time to visit April, May, September, October. Nearest town Ramnagar which is around 12 KM away and it took hardly 15 minutes.
NOTE: Due to high demand, please book your safaris at least 2 weeks before.
Thanks to manager(Adhikari jie and others :) ) and Staff. All was good , clean room, tasty food and helpful staff. you can add carpet grass in the lawns for better landscaping as well. (Just a sugestion :) ).
Who doesn't love a good weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of a fast paced life in the city. If you're just looking to relax and take some time off from work, you should definitely visit this wild abode nestled admits the thick jungle in Dhela, Ramnagar.
Recommended by a friend, I made a short trip to this place and the visit has increased ever since. Once you finally make your way to the resort, you feel at home at once, thanks to the friendly staff. Gopal, who usually manages things around the resort is someone you can really rely on. He'll get you just about anything only if you'd ask. The cottages are the best part I feel, why you ask? Well, first of all its the 'cottage' feel that you get, not an ordinary hotel room; big and spacious, and secondly, the rooms don't have television sets and the cellular network is just on and off, so there's actually no way 'you can disturb yourself'.
What you can do instead is go for hikes into the jungle with one of the staff members, he'll take you around, or you can even go around the resort area, a small village. For Safaris you have to make prior bookings, what you see during the safari depends on your luck, might be a streak of tigers or even better, wild hens running around aimlessly and some spotted deer as bonus.
It has a pool and some indoor games for your recreation and even things like a bonfire can be arranged on demand if you're travelling with friends and family.
If you're someone who loves bird watching, love the sound of the birds chirping and star gazing, well there's no need to look any further. Head to this place next weekend, I'd say!!
