I got to know of this place through a friend who stayed here. We contacted the owner Mr harkirat who himself is a bike enthusiast. We went on a Sunday day trip and around 12.30 pm and you can reach easily through google maps here. The place is spacious and most importantly peaceful with a lot of greenery around. There a decently sized swimming pool in which you can enjoy yourself. The service and the hospitality are amazing and food here is delicious too. We had chicken tikka, malai tikka and tandoori chicken for the snacks which were good. There are cottages if you plan to stay overnight but it is advised to book beforehand. The lunch was also pretty and the kheer in the dessert is amazing. You would definitely want to visit again.
We travelled seamlessly from New Delhi to the farm. Stayed in 2 comfortable airconditioned tents with modern bathrooms and showers. Harkirat is the quintessential host, aided by excellent, friendly multitasking staff. The rest and the home cooked food gave our batteries a quick recharge, helped by pet therapy in the form of 2 labradors. Just wished the pool was functional.
Amazing Pit Stop for Harley Triumph Indian riders .Harkirat himself an avid rider is truly the epitome of punjabi hospitality at its best .
good home cooked food and all the warmth of home in an truly relaxed outdoors ambience with a pool to chill in and nearby Forrest to observe nature
Have lost count on the number of times I have visited this wonderful property. The resort, the food, the accommodation, the service and the wonderful host and hostess have only grown from strength to strength.
Though best in winter, a visit this year in June was as delightful. During the day, the air conditioning with 100% power back-up keeps you comfortable, but surprising the moment the sun sets, it is pleasant and comfortable to sit outdoors among-st the very green surroundings.
For the more adventurous, there is a small pool filled with chilled tube well water to lounge around in and keep you really cool.
All round a great package for 2-3 days, anytime during the year.
Cheers to the Citrus County Team !
Ok, so this time wifey and I on a trip to the hills, sampled the famed CC experience albiet off-season. And we werent let down !!
Right from a cooling dip in their in-house swim pool down to the piping hot poori-bhaaji for brekker, Harki rolled out the red carpet for us and welcomed us to Punjabi hospitality.
The Swiss tents - luxurious!
The bathrooms - spotless!
The meals - rich, homely & wholesome!
Infact our stay was so relaxing, we almost decided to stay longer and cut short our visit to the hills !! Oh, almost forgot, the icing on the cake (literally!!) was celebrating Harki's wife, Biya's birthday......6 big fat cakes can u believe it !!
CC you rock guys...keep it up!
