Worst stay and worst service
I was an buisness tour and this hotel is booked through corporate portal and this is my worst stay
TV not working means it's was not connected to settopbox also
They knowingly given me this room 505 and after complaints no solution given

Not recommended for buisness travel .

Table mats were filled with Dal stains and no one to notice , after being called and notified the service team not even showed empathy ,instead changed with another one with a different stain, restaurant manager didn't even showed up, service crew was not attending the table but only during food service, AC was cold so as the grilled item which was served ordered thai veg red curry, was not even matching the original taste, visible glass dining tables chipped,
Wash room was smelling, service staff seemed not much attentive,

Hired the hotel for delegates
For one national conference we hired several hotels in Dimapur and Hotel Lake Siloi was one of them. Strategically located near clock tower. Having lots of restaurants and eateries like KFC, Dominos etc are nearby.
People stayed are happy. They have a nice room lounge. We didn't order any food.
Has a lift and parking as well.

Comfort stay in Dimapur
I stayed at Hotel Lake Shilloi , Dimapur, Nagaland from 26th November to 28th November. The hotel is Clean, Value for money and good location for activities within Dimapur and surroundings.

Managed by highly professional staff. Easy to interact with them for any help. Easy to reach the hotel from Bus Complex, Railway station and Airport. Complimentary breakfast is simple and decent. Room amenities are good. Everything else was great. It was clean, comfortable, a/c, WIFI & TV worked well,

I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. It’s very clean and the location is great and food and rooms are great too.”

A Good Hotel in the centre of the city.
Approach to this hotel is undoubetedly unsatisfactory.The Reception is on third floor.A seperate lift upto third floor from ground..Rooms are on 4,5th and 6 th floors.I was placed in fifth floor .The room given to me very spacious .It may be considered as corporate Suite room.A corner /road side room.The room is equipped with all basic amenities.Third star hotel facilities .Room service is prompt.Staff are polite and responsive.
Hotel has Swimming pool.Not very well maintained..Water is not changed for few days.The hotel is equipped with Bigger size Baquet hall and a medium sized conference room.There is a SPA in the hotel.But it needs better maitenance in terms of ensuring clean and hygeinic towels.
Breakfast is complementary and reasonally good.I was there for two days.Both the days same Menu was offered.Free wi-fi is available.But most useless.There is no internet.Hotel has taxi service.I availed Taxi service to Airport @ Rs.900.
This hotel is recommended.
