Stayed here in second week for a day. Hotel is located close to Powai Naka and is easily accessible from the NH4. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff and good food make it attractive. Room service and maintenance could do with some improvement
This hotel is located in the center of satara city. The rooms were modern and also big. Room service of the hotel was also good. Breakfast provided was very tasty. The restaurant also serves good food. I tried chiken tandoor which was best. Also owner Mr. Devender Singh was friendly and helped us a lot.
We were on unplanned visit to Satara on Saturday 24th September knowing that it will be difficult to get accommodation due to Kaas season.
Inquired couple of hotels and as expected they were full. One of them gave reference of Gulbahar hotel claiming they would have rooms.
Surprising rooms were available though at little higher tariff than expected but we’d no option so checked-in. The hotel seems recently renovated so everything is new, right from furniture to bathroom fixtures.
Rooms were big neat and clean and airy too. Bathroom was super clean with hot and cold water available round the clock. Room service was okay however we didn’t got chance to taste food out there.
They don’t have generator backup so we were provided candles as electricity was fluctuating for an hour. The only downside was lift wasn’t functional so we’d use stairs and it becomes inconvenient when you’re with family and small kids.
Hotel is conveniently located near Powai naka (heart of Satara) and overall experience was good. Recommended for family and friends.
