The hotel is within walking distance to both Tokyo and Nihombashi station, if you know the area. The location is fantastic, with endless dining/drinking options steps away. I found the staff incredibly attentive and helpful, especially as the rules from the growing pandemic were being enforced. My room was bigger than others I'd had in Tokyo, and was also super clean with a deep bathtub too. The breakfast was buffet style with many different choices, though I would recommend getting up early to avoid the mad rush. I hope to return here in the future.

Response from Nishitetsu Inn Nihonbashi, 支配人 at Nishitetsu Inn Nihombashi
Responded 1 Sep 2020
Dear LukeUK_12 Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that. Your feedback motivated us a lot. The location is accessible to somewhere nearby especially the center part of Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku and etc. Regarding room, our rooms are relatively bigger than others in Tokyo. We are very glad to know that you could relax very much. We all very much look forward to welcoming you back to enjoy another Nishitetsu Inn Nihombashi experience some time soon. Kindest regards, Yuto Horiuchi Front desk at The Nishitetsu Inn Nihonbashi

I stay the surrounding area hotel, include Via INN and Saibo, they are the best.
Nice room, good services, provide free drink in lobby, breakfast is super.
Overall experience, they are the best hotel in that area!

I stayed here for 2 nights in early April. The room/bathroom were typically small but also, typically, perfectly fine. An in-room fridge is provided but the microwave is shared between other rooms on the floor (perhaps other floors too). Something I had not seen before was a "Handy" smartphone provided in-room. I didn't use it but it seemed like it would be a great help while travelling locally if you had no phone of your own.
The entrance and lobby is very welcoming and staff spoke good English. Location is good ... on the main street within 5 mins. walk of Ningyocho Metro Station which connects with Ueno Station (Hibaya Line). A 7-11 is on the adjacent block.

Stay away from booking this hotel. The rooms that supposedly sleep two people have a tiny bed for 1 person and no space to open your luggage. The bathroom faucet doubles as a shower as well. The front desk is unwilling to help and customer service doesn’t seem to matter. They also do not speak English. Worst hotel during my two week Japan trip. Take your money elsewhere.

I stayed for about 2 nights for work. it is about 5 minute walk from ningyocho train station and is quite accesible to a number of stores, restaurants and other establishments. the room is quite small but good enough for a good night sleep. the room is clean as well as the bathroom. it is still small for my taste but complete non the less. didnt get to check much of the other facilities as most nights i fell right to sleep which is a good sign. the hotel is efficient and staff are helpful. the breakfast buffet served at the ground floor was good enough to help you start your day.
