Great central location for all shoppaholics it's next to the biggest shopping plaza in the cityand you can even walk to the night markets from there - in about 30minutes, but longer if you stop at all of the stalls along the way! Nice pool too.

If you only stay for three or four days you may well have had enough for one visit, BUT, you will want to go back to see more of this crazy city that NEVER sleeps.
It is supposed to be the most unfriendly city to walk around, but if you have a bit of nerve, and the address of your hotel written down in Thai, to get back to your hotel, then get your trainers on and start walking. You may just start to meet the real Bangkok people, who really are the frienliest folks. Keep your dress simple and don't flaunt flashy jewelry and you will be safe wherever you go.

So many different trips to go on, you'll be spoilt for choice. Top of the list must be the Royal Palce, then there's the Rose Garden (day trip), river trips, visits to coconut milk and salt farms and a host of others as well. Early birds can even catch the flower market. A walk around here is a sensory marvel.
