Starting in Milan, I want to see the real capitalism of Italy in the day time. At night, there will be Scala's opera house to fulfill one's fantasy. After a couple of days exploring the city, I would like to head up to Lake Como for a couple of relaxing day by the water and viewing the most spectacular view of the Alps. Later, there will be a day trip of driving through the most desire-driving road in the history to windy-road. Until the relaxation is intoxicating, the road trip continue down-south to the Tuscany region. Here, there will be no need for plan-ahead sort of plans...just drive and stop, eat, drink, tast the origin of all italian cuisine....hopping from villige to villige and winery to winery...making the way to Florence - this is where it's all just began...the Renaissance.

  • 1. Milan
    Milan, Lombardy

    The capital of Italian's modernization...Fashion and $$$$

  • 2. La Scala Opera (Teatro alla Scala)
    La Scala Opera, Milan, Lombardy

In the love of Opera...the originality of it all.

  • 3. Lake Como
    Lake Como, Lombardy

Romance...perhaps, since I am neither rich nor famous.

  • 4. Trentino Dolomites
    Province of Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige

  • 5. Tuscany
    Tuscany, Italy

I want to rent a Vespa to roam part of the region...the wineries...the little villages...the food, cheese...and the scenic drives. Lovely!

  • 6. Florence

So much to see and to appreciate at this city...doesn't even feel like a city, but a beautiful place where all the good reason to be here - all comes together.
