"We were due to fly to malaga in june but with the flights being cancelled they sent emails offering flight credit or to phone for a refund, well I rang and was unable to get through at first but 3rd phone call i got through, the agent did keep on to me about having flight credit but i just kept saying no thank you i would like a refund please this was 9 days ago and yes i have had the money refunded , so a big thumbs up vuling thank you.."
