They just have a ceiling fan and heater in a Room. The Climate of Munnar is very Cold and rainy, so you dont required AC.

Nope no air conditioner is provided. Being hillstation the temp is on lower side and fans installed serve more than enough.

A/c not required there, in summer also. Fans available but needed at very few occasions. Weather is cool in summer also. Surrounded by hills and valleys with tea gardens, greenery and open area. Resort on hill top. So ample cool breeze. Many times rains in summer also.

It is GREEN HEAVEN on earth, dear friend. Don't ask questions. Just visit and ENJOY. I stayed 3 times, a week each. Means about 21 days. Twice in summer and recently, last year in December 2016.

Sure, I will visit this place again and again.

No AC only Celing fans. It's always around 16-18* less than that in the night. Day it can get little warmer however can be managed with celing fans.

I'm sorry I can't remember either fans or air con but that's probably because the climate was quite cool and there was no need to use either. I was there in November. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
