Almost all 1BR have wonderful location and their balconies overlooking the beautiful n majestic tea gardens. We were offered a 1 BR on the first floor and the view was simply splendid. I would surely recommend to visit the tea factory and shop different varieties of tea .Visiting Mattupatty Dam is another beautiful site. If we talk about the activities in the resort then Fun Zone staff has complete itinerary of the day with wonderful n interesting activities for all age groups.The climate will be cool n it may rain occasionally. Recommend to carry woollens n umbrella or raincoats.There is no pool in the resort however it has a gym . The buffet served by the restaurant has very good variety,so would recommend the same too.

The area surrounding the property is beautiful. Tour of tea processing factory, trekking , and relaxing are the main activities. There are planned activities for kids and adults in the community hall in the building every evening. We opted for local food and ate at a nearby restaurant for food was delicious and not expensive. The food at the resort is very good but somewhat pricey. October is an ideal month- it will be slightly chilly in the mornings, and it rains occasionally, Enjoy your self!

No swimming pool. Rooms above reception may be good, since it is near dining hall. Out door activities plenty from hotel.for kids rock climbing is inside the property. But I won't recommend jeeping inside their tied up property far away. Elephants sometimes may bring heart burn during such outings.

Climate is enjoyable in October and Nov. Occasionally it might rain.

It would be slight cold. Resort is good to seatback amd relax, why would u be putting ur time in doing something. Suggest to spend some time in near by tea gardens and waterfalls. No swimming pool at this property.

Trekking, city tours, sightseeing. Resort has many in house activities for kids.
