can a 66 year old woman do this? I have strong arms but my legs aren't so nimble
I believe so. There isn't much walking or physical exercise. If you get to a Zipline that you're worried about you can always go with a guide for that run.
It will definitely be helpful if you can hike a bit and climb stairs. It will help tremendously if you are not too afraid of heights. I had double hip replacement about 10 months prior to the tour and didn't find the tour too difficult, but it would have been impossible in my previous state.
The staff is very helpful. You just have to focus on doing the basic security checks. They also do it with you. Then it's all fun. If you feel your legs won't hold you because they usually don't, it's more complicated. Between the ropes you have tiny standing stations. You cannot sit that much or hold to the tree. You can only hold a security rope. Hope you'll have fun!
