I reserved a room here for November, extremely excited about location. When looking at the resorts website they mentioned electricity not being easily available in some rooms.
I sleep with a cpap (sleep apnea) and need to plug in at night. Do i have an outlet easily available next to the bed in a B-Zone garden view room?
They had electricity in the rooms I've stayed in. Sometimes you have to be creative with cords though as the outlets are in unusual locations and don't hold the plug in tightly. But that is most places in Thailand.
If you arrive and your room is ill-equipped, just talk to the manager. Be sure to smile a lot and ask really nicely. Make sure you don't act angry or upset because that is culturally very aggressive. Smile and ask if it's possible to change rooms- show them your machine and mimic using it and they should take care of you.
