You should be able to get a wheelchair into the train car. Once down in the mines, it's pretty flat so that should be no trouble. Hope this helps, but I would call ahead and detail the needs of the group.
I believe you can get a wheel chair to the car that takes you down. You may not be able to take part in the wacking tour down in the mine. The tour is pretty flat so you might be able to take a chair down. You should check with them ahead of time.
