I did not actually book the tour. We turned up at teh Uni and a tour was just starting so we joined them.
We had read on the net that there were free daily tours.
I didn't book a tour - just did a self guided walking tour recommended by lonely planet. However I believe you can just turn up.
Hi we didn't bother
We turned up st Harvard square and walked around on foot .lots to see , if you want s tour there is a place in the centre of Harvard Square
Also do the freedom trail in the centre of Boston it's a great way to see the city
Hope that helps
We had no tour. We just strolled across the campus on our own. It was quite nice.
You do not have to book in advance. There is a large banner on the building were it begins and plenty of signs. They are lead by students and each one is unique.
Go to the Harvard University website & book the tour through the site. They start with an hour presentation on the school & follow it with the walking tour. The tour is led by a student. All the data you need is on the site.
Enjoy your Harvard tour!
I went to the tour office and signed up. It tells you online where to go and the times of the tours.
There are also tours not given by Harvard that you have to pay for. I wanted the one by a Harvard student.
Go to Harvard's website, and click on the Visitors link at the top. You can see when the tours are running and also book a tour. We did the Information Session and Tour because my daughter is considering applying to Harvard next year. There's also a Guided Historical Tour.
