Is admission good for the entire day? Can you leave and come back?
Thanks, all. We went and they were just fine with us leaving and coming back as long as we still had our pins. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is--my second visit and my husband's first.
That I don't know but I did find the attendants to be friendly and helpful.
Museum is small could see everything in 2+ hours. Of course unless you have a passion for a certain exhibit . I had a problem last time visiting, they check backpacks, I had a backpack size suitcase would not check, there could have been something evil in the backpack! Wanted me to go to unknown hotel to check bag. I was between checking out of hotel and getting bus back to N.H. Had to waste 3 hours at Grand Central. Wanted to see Emily Dickenson exhibit!
Yes, it's good for the day.
Apologies, don't know. They're so friendly - ask and see if it's possible. (We were given a metal lapel pin so maybe it's possible)
Hi Harriet- I do not know if you can visit, exit and return same day with an admission. Most places you cannot. You don't need an admission to visit the lobby, cafe or store. And on the website you'll see certain days and times during a week are free. And I think the Library does reciprocate on admissions if you are a member at certain other Museums. It's well worth a visit! David
Yes. Just mention It when you pay for your Ticket
When we went, they gave us a "Morgan Library" pin that ID'd us as paid entrants, I believe it's good for the day. They seemed pretty cool when we went - I'd just ask them to let you back in if you want to go grab lunch or something. Hope that helps!
