Is this lodge just for people who have people in the navy or military there?
Navy Lodge is a temporary military lodging facility. It is open to all who have a valid CAC ID card. i.e. active duty, reserve, DOD, retired etc.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO STAY?
Authorized patrons for Navy Lodges include:
Active Duty and their family members
Surviving spouses and their family members (18 years of age or older with ID card)
US Coast Guard active duty and their family members
Delayed Entry Program (DEP) and Delayed Training Program (DTP)
Retired (Active or Reserve)
International Military (TDY) – for Leisure, please contact the DoD Reservation Center for base specific guidelines at 800-628-9466
Department of Defense (DoD)
Civilians and their family members; U.S. Public Health Service, Red Cross, National Oceanic and the Atmospheric Administration

Yes, you have to be Active Duty Military, DoDEA employee, or retired Military. If you do know someone with this status, they can bring you unto the military installation of your choice but we always would have to bring them on the base with our military ID, you cannot enter the base without someone that has one.
