Is this a kid friendly tour? My child is 7 year old and is not a picky eater, she loves food.
We did the 6pm Chinatown/NB tour with our 2 and 7 year olds and it was great! We loved our tour guide Brian. u
We did tour at night and there were no children on the tour plus alcohol was served at a couple of stops. Best check with the tour as maybe tour in afternoon will be more suitable.

While there were no kids in our group, our Little Italy tour would have been very kid friendly. Lots of good history and stories. If your child is not a picky eater, she’ll love the food! We had pastries, fudge, an Italian sandwich and pizza. The only thing a 7 year old wouldn’t like is the coffee served with the pastry.
There were kids on our tour. It's an eating tour and no alcohol was provided. One of the stops you could buy a beer or glass of wine if you wanted. This tour is great for anyone who loves food and history.
Now that I think about it....I've gone on a few walking food tours in the US and abroad, and not once has a child (or even a teenager) been in the group. Not sure if this is because the tour groups discourage it, or if because most of the adults booking these tours are looking for a "relaxed, grown-up" day out. I would think that if your child is polite and well-behaved (which is also what I would expect from any adult attending), it wouldn't be an issue. But I would confirm with the tour company first before booking their ticket.
