My 12 & 14 year old niece and nephew were bored and didn't care for the type of music being played. But, if you bring the electronics and park them outside on a bench, they'll be fine. The tasting room/gift shop was crowded and not a place for small children...no room for strollers and far too many breakable items. There was a disc golf area close by which might appeal to older kids.
As most of the reviews above indicate, it is geared to wine tasting and not for kids. If you have kids there is not much for them to do. If you have kids and want to go it is still worth going, but you may have to keep it shorter than without kids.
I agree with others. Not really kid friendly. Large area outside to run. Personally wineries are not a place for children any way.
It is probably more kid friendly than most winneries, but still not a great place for kids. They do have a nice patio area and sometimes musicians. Lots of typical breakable items inside.
Nothing really there for kids to do. There is live music from time to time. During the warmer months there is a patio and an open area around the winery where they could run around. They do have a small menu of food items, soda and water. I have seen kids there during past visits but they usually look bored.
my 8 year old walk around but agree with tina was space the paito also had a nice area to wait. my husband and son played checkers it had a great view and i sampled. there was other families with kids . my older son is not so patience so he sat in car. if u really wantva good answer call they may have changed after being open all summer. they were kinda new when i was there
Well there is really not a lot of indoor space for strollers and such. The wine tastings are held at a counter "bar" style. There are wine racks set up inside with wine bottles and there are open displays of some rather pricey items. I left my kiddos at the waterpark with grandpa while mom & I enjoyed the winery. There is an outdoor space in the back go the winery, but by October it may be too chilly to let the kids run outside.
