Hi Jane, The Tasting Menu changes daily. Here is an example from yesterday:
1st Course: SMOKED STEELHEAD~ (1) local cold-smoked columbia river steelhead, 'everything' lavash crackers, red onion, capers + cream cheese
2nd Course: ARANCINI~ (1) crispy sicilian-style risotto balls w/ fontina, parmesan + imported italian tomato sauce
3rd Course: Green Pepper Kale Salad
4th Course: CAULIFLOWER FRIED 'RICE' + SCALLOPS~ cauliflower 'rice' w/ grilled pineapple, vegetables, cashews, trinity herbs + passionfruit-fresno chili sauce, (2) Day Boat Scallops
5th Course: GRILLED ANGUS TRI-TIP~ 4oz marinated certified angus grilled tri tip, whole grain penne pasta salad, heirloom tomatoes + worcestershire chimichurri
6th Course: S'MORES CHEESECAKE~ bittersweet chocolate cheesecake w/ graham crust, house-made toasted marshmallow + chocolate sauce
I think they are "small bites," the term other restaurants are using for sharing small servings, but I am not sure as we were there for breakfast and I didn't inquire about them.
It is a six course dinner from appetizers to dessert that gives you the opportunity to try different things. They change the tasting menu often so you can try different things!!
