Going to Snowbird on Saturday for Oktoberfest and am also interest in the tram and other summer activities. Is it worth it to buy the day pass? Would I have enough time to do all activities and enjoy Oktoberfest in one day? Thank you!
Yes, the day pass is worth it. However being a Holiday weekend it is going to be crowded and the lines long for the rides and such so plan for that. Plus time to eat some of the best German Food too. I would arrive as soon as they open and close it. Then you would get your $$ worth. Valet parking is totally worth it too!!!
Definitely buy the day pass if you want to ride more than one or tee rides!
I agree, park up on the street to avoid the $7 parking. Also go early, around 10.30 already to ensure it's not to crowded and you can catch one of the first trams up. Enjoy!
I was there on for a Seminar so I did not take part in any activities, perhaps the concierge can advise you. Enjoy your trip
You would have time and Oktoberfest is a great time to visit. They do charge to park in their parking lot. If parking is available and you don't mind walking, you can park on the side of the road and walk. Parking was $7.00
The views from the top of the Tram are wonderful. There are also Oktoberfest events at the top. Music, including the long horns (not sure the name of the instrument). There is a new restaurant you can sit and enjoy the view from. It is cooler at the top of the mountain and you may consider taking a light jacket if you get cold easily and want to spend time outside, it depends on the weather.
Yes it worth it , you will cover all the activities it is a nice place
I never went Snowbird in October but I am sure it will be worth to go up and they have wonderful restaurant I am not sure they are open, you can check.
