Yes. About 15 minutes, but afternoon traffic from 3:00- 6:00 could easily turn 15 into 30-45.

It's about a 15 - 20 minute drive. If you're on the roads during the weekday rush, the ride would be longer.

It appears to be between 10-11 miles from the center of Greenville, SC, which I assume would be the downtown area. If you go on Google maps and just put a town's name in, it will take you to the geographic center of that town. Hope that helps!
