Is there a big bike trail to ride around the park before it opens ?
No specific bike trails, but there are plenty of bikers on the winding roads through the park. Check out the park map.
As far as I know, there is no special bike trail in that park.
There is not a dedicated bike trail that I know of in Washington Park.
Not that I'm aware of. But it's a rather large park.
Lots of places to ride a bike, but I don't know about dedicated trails.
There are paved roads that meander through the park. These roads are not usually closed. Maybe heavy snow, landslides, asteroid strikes . . .
Portland is infested with bicycles ridden by mostly rude, reckless and discourteous riders thinking they owe nobody a glance.
The positive side to this anomoly is that you can ride a bike pretty much anywhere you want...within reason.
A far as before it opens...check the website as I believe their is a public road that travels through the park...better check.
