Hello Lauren there is no deposit required, the only thing we require is a credit card on file when making the reservation.
I called the 800 number, and the charge was put on my credit card after my stay. I don't know what they would ask for if you wanted to put down a deposit.
I didn't pay a deposit. I was a "walk-in" customer. I usually use a coupon which can be printed off or located in Hotel Coupon books located at rest areas on the highways.

I'm not sure what you mean about the deposit. You should be able to book the hotel online and the booking can be cancelled up until 6 PM of the date that you arrive. If you don't cancel by 6 PM, you will be charged for that night on your credit card. Be sure when you book that there is an option to cancel. You pay when you check out.
