Any grocery stores near by??? Walking distance??? We want to eat some meals in the room and need basics like bread, deli meat, yogurt.
there is a few very limited convenience stores and a liquor store about 3/4 of a mile north along the beach road.
a better idea is get Uber or a taxi and go to the Publix supermarket a few miles inland and stock up your first day.
the meals at the hotel are very good and inexpensive for breakfast and lunch.
hope this helps
we are booked for another week at the Premier in February.
We walked to the Publix, a block or two on the other side of the draw bridge. 1415 E Sunrise Blvd. It was a brisk 15 minute walk. We took an Uber back the first day because we had heavy groceries, but another time, the two of us carried a few meals' worth back. There are also two small upscale groceries on the strip, but are of course a little more expensive.
Just as the others said. There was a Publix that we went to and got beer, water, soft drinks, bread, sandwich fixings and snacks - and bought a great collapsible cooler for the beach. (no alcohol on the beach though). The options for food at the hotel were very reasonable and were very good - though we only got a couple things one day. We walked to restaurants (to the South) for dinner.
We did walk to a Walgreens (I think - it was a chain drugstore) - for water - but I think it was further than I'd really want to walk again. It was down into the busy part of town.
