hi there is this suitable for pregnant women? i read that the road/ tracks are very bumpy....
Yes, the roads can be very bumpy at times. It is really hard to tell if it would be too bumpy, you decide what you think will be the best.
Yes, the roads are bumpy. You can tell the tour guide so that they are extra careful
Hi I had back surgery at the end of last year and found it a little uncomfortable at times. However if you hold on tight it does give you more stability but you will be bumped about the roads are all dirt roads.
Yes, i too Agree- not jerky!! will be fine :)
The roads around the reserve can be a little bumpy, nothing to warrant having to wear a seat belt (there isn't any fitted anyway) to prevent you bouncing out your seat. I don't want to sound unfair towards some of the other guests, but we had a few of the older generation on board who weren't keen to hop off the bus when we stopped numerous times driving around the reserve, I did hear one of them mention he couldn't be bothered to climb up and down the steps. The bus has a few steps to climb up and down when getting on and off but nothing too bad, I believe you can see the bus on their web-site to get an idea of hieght etc. we also had a few toddlers on board who seemed fine with the trip, all in all it was pretty smooth and no-one really complained, however, please be mindful it is a reserve and some of the tracks are a little rough in areas and I'm sure if you mention that you're pregnant the driver will take that little bit more care. Hope this helps
I would have done it while pregnant. Not that bumpy.
Roads are bumpy in the end..start is good.In Aquila I would not recommend as roads too bumpy and shd not be risked.in day tour, you will be in caged van and all animals are open..so take a call yourself.weather is windy and llot of dust..so if any allergic during this time.. take care.water bottle is a must..
Happy Decision Making
I would say it depends on how far along you are. It might be best to contact them directly and you will for sure have to disclose to the ranger that you are pregnant so that he is aware. The roads are bumpy but not hectic, it's gravel road with a few rocks here and there. Send them an email and they will advise accordingly. :)
Yes, there are bumpy sections, but the seats are comfortable and the ranger drives very slowly. Maybe ask to sit in front on one of the smaller vehicles.
