Lazy Lizard Sailing Questions & Answers

Edmundston, Canada

Hi!

I tend to be dizzy and nauseous on an boat. Even when it is not moving and it rocks slowly. However, I would like to try this tour. Any thoughts on the risk of sea sickness on this tour? Also, how long are you out on the water?

Thank you so much!

Richard

Use some Dramamine and you should be fine.

When we went and were in the cove snorkeling, we were protected from the winds and waves so there was very little movement of the boat and when we were moving it was a steady, smooth sail so no ”rocking”. I’m sure that could change with different weather conditions. Maybe you could take a patch and use it if you start to feels nauseous. Our group had so much fun so I hope you will be able to enjoy it as well.

I guess that would depend on the weather and water conditions. I am not prone to seasickness, so it would be difficult for me to judge.

We did a snorkel and sunset cruise and I believe the whole tour was about four hours.

We encountered a storm, got plenty wet (after the snorkeling), but still enjoyed ourselves.

Best of luck.
