I am not seeing anything about air conditioning. How hard was it to adjust to sleeping in the heat? were there mosquito nets to keep the bugs off at night?
Thank you for your question. We do not have air conditioning in the bures, however, we have fans in the room and often a nice sea breeze. Due to our location and control measures we see very few mosquitos, if any at all.
Sorry, we only did the day trip so sleeping was not part of our experience.
From memory no air conditioning (ceiling fans) but we were there in August so it wasn’t needed. Room ventilation is good, particularly on the leeward side of the Island as you are away from the prevailing winds. Didn’t have any problems with mosquitos so nets not needed.
