Do I get to meditate alone in 15mins or will it be in a group?
No there are plenty of spaces where you can meditate either inside the sanctorum or just outside in the balcony.
You will be inside dhyanalinga temple with few people but you can sit alone in a cavelike setting without being bothered
If you are a program participant, you will be in a group. You get to access the places in the premises which an ordinary visitor will not get. If you are a visitor, you will have to meditate with in the Dynalinga temple or near Thirthakundam. Also, you will not experience any silence if you are a visitor other than just within the Dynalinga temple. If you are a program participant, you have dedicated meditation/program halls, where you get to experience the complete silence you require for the program or for your meditation. Even if you are a guest staying at the Isha Cottages, you get to access few places within the premises, which are totally calm for meditation.
You will be sitting along with lot of other people but silence is maintained in the temple. This is NOT your average temple. It is very peaceful. Once you close your eyes, you experience being alone in the sanctum sanctorum!
There is only solo meditation here. No guided group meditation and you can stay as long as you wish
You can meditate alone. There is no necesiity for a group to be present in order to meditate.
Meditation is personal. Even though we sit in group with a lot of space between others, once you are in meditation, you are alone. So it does not matter. However there is enormous space at the Dhyanlinga temple
