There is no restrictions for infants or toddler. I took my infant along with me. on the contrary the place is so beautiful, that the infant or the toddler love the purity of the place.
However, on reaching the Dhyanalingam, it has to be maintained a complete silence & if your infant cries, they may tell you politely to go out since Dhyanalingam is suppose to be a place for peaceful meditation.
As per my personal experience, your infant will not cry as the place is very peaceful but obviously too much time taken if the queue is big enough will make the infant bored & cranky...
Here, the hitch & the drawback is that they should allow Senior Citizens & infants / toddlers to move first which is not the case, so...you have this drawback & may be too time will make things messy for the infant.
Please Note: This I am only mentioning for the Dhyanalingam visit..Not the entire place persay,
No restrictions but at Dyana Linga no sound is allowed at least 30 minutes
No restrictions and you can go with your entire family...
There isn't any restriction to take infants. Its open to all.
However, in my couple of brief visits to this place I have only seen toddlers, and no infants.
Probably, people are conscious of the fact that infants can become a bit noisy, which could embarrass them.
Infants and toddlers make noises and might not keep quiet so it is better not to take then along. As they prefer silence above all.
