I have to cancel a one night booking made with the hotel direct for 30th December made on a fully refundable basis within 21 days of arrival. I have sent multiple emails over last few days and each time they are returned - I have now tried 3 email addresses. when I was booking the hotel replied immediately but since I want to cancel they do not answer. Has anyone else had this experience ? I am feeling very concerned they are trying to avoid providing a refund as promised.

Hi Perthsurfdog1,

Please call hotel and try to speak with someone personally.

I have just been there and has a good experience. Do you have name of person who confirmed your booking? You should call Mr. Tilakji or Miss Shruti for help.

I hope it resolve the issue.

Thanks for the anwser. I am continuing to try! I have sent about 10 emails over last few days to the 3 email addresses I have - when I booked they replied instantly .. just frustrating. Been to India a few time including Udaipur and never had this before!

Their wifi isn't great and they are very slack with other things,like we had to pay for a few things and of course the credit card machine doesn't work etc etc. try and cancel and go else where,the rooms are very pretty but could do with a huge decent clean
