Novato, California

Hi there,

I have never been to Columbia and I am going crazy trying to figure out hotels. Is this a GOOD one? Nice pool, goof WIFI free breakfast, English speaking people at the front desk? A coffee shop near by? Thanks

Yes, its a comfortable and convenient hotel located in a safe spot within a small shopping complex. Walking distance to restaurants and cafés. English speaking staff. When I was there there was some work going on in the pool area which was a minor nuisance.

PS, its never Columbia, always Colombia.

Hello. This one is ok. The pool area was under construction when I was there. But it looked nice. Front desk does not speak much English. The coffee at the hotel was pretty good. For a better choice, try the intercontinental.

Yes safe and good location- not many people speak English and wifi is much much slower than USA - pool is basic but nice. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

Forgot to answer the WIFI question, yes, but it's a bit slow at times. Archie's Pizza (downstairs) has free WIFI and most malls also provide WIFI. Every time I go back, I find it more like the states!

Yes, it is the best hotel in the nicest area (el Poblado). Within walking distance of 2 beautiful malls (Santa Fe and Oviedo), some restaurants, and the metro. There are English speaking employees at the hotel, specifically the front desk. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed! There is also a food court and Juan Valdez café downstairs, along with Archie's (great pizza!) I can also tell you where to exchange your dollars (hotel exchange is more expensive). I just got back less than 2 weeks ago! Wish I were still there...
