There is no "code" but I think business casual is most appropriate.
I usually dress California casual. A nice pantsuit or a blazer and skirt is fine. Men can wear a nice shirt and slacks. A sport jacket woyld not be out of place, but not necessary. Some people wear jeans, but I do not feel that these people are appropriately dressed.
Whenever you go to a brunch at a restaurant like Col. Blackington I would assume you would not wear jeans, smart casual is the dress.
I don't believe there's a dress code. However, I consider The Colonel Blackington Inn as a special occasion restaurant, so dress accordingly.
No real dress code, but this is a 'nice' place, and Business or California casual would be appropriate. Definitely not a place for grubby jeans, etc
