Excuse me, is there any volunteer guide at this museum? If yes, how can I contact with them?
Hi there, if you are planning to visit the museum and attend a guided tour, there are free guided tours every day, run by different museum volunteer/docent groups.
The English tours are at 11am (Daily), 2pm (Daily), 3pm (only Sat & Sun) and 7pm (only on Friday). For more details, please visit the ACM website.
Hi there - the answer to your question is below :-)
Museum Volunteer Group (MV)
The Museum Volunteers (MV) comprises of guides from various professions who volunteer their time to conduct scheduled tours in English on weekends as well as on weekday evenings when there are special requests for tours held in conjunction with events/functions at the ACM.
The MV’s mission is to support the National Heritage Board (NHB) by providing an enriching museum experience for the visitor. In return, the MVs are able to enjoy much enrichment through the learning and sharing of knowledge of our heritage and ancestral cultures with museum guests and visitors.
Volunteers who wish to guide weekends and weekday evenings at NHB museums (Asian Civilisations Museum , National Museum of Singapore, Singapore Art Museum) may join the MV group. Training sessions (comprising lectures, field trips) are conducted whenever there is a need to augment the existing number of guides.
there is an email but I cant enter it here so please try and work it out from below by removing the spaces

We visited the museum but did not hire any guides. It is an interesting museu, worth visiting.
Yes, there are the recorded guided tours at the museum . One can also request the museum .
Hi sorry for late response.. Yes there is a volunteer guide available in the museum, and she is very informative and friendly. Enjoy your visit.
When I went there, I walked through the museum on my own at my own pace and experienced all of the information that the Museum Had to offer without a guide. If a guide is what you would or might want, you would definitely have to call or contact the site or facility directly to see if you could set something up like that. I don't think you would need a guide, based on how information was that was presented. I think most of your questions will be answered on a self-guided tour.
