I know that Cesky Krumlov is an interesting town. I would have a full 1 day walking around in the city, do you think that is enough?? Or should I take 2 full days visit all the places??
Thank You very much for your advise,
Sorry it took so long to reply. We went for the day and had enogh time to visit everything. If you´re planning to stay it´s a very nice place to spend the night.
I was there a couple of years ago, absolutely loved it! It's like something out of a fairytale book. To answer your question, I'd probably set aside 2 days - That way you can truly take in everything without rushing.
There are lots of little shops and beautiful eating places that are too good to miss. Not to mention the wonderful tourist attractions mentioned in the other posts. But also, it's just it's just beautful to go for leisurely walks (esp along the river), and just soak up the atmosphere at your leisure - Yep, 2 days ;) Have a wonderful trip!
hi. I was there last month. a full day is enough imho. Lots and lots of little shops for tourists. I climbed the tower, went up to the castle, visited the church, sat in the square, had a nice lunch, took lots of pictures...and had enough...one thing I wish I had done that I don't think many so is to walk along the river by the monestary...
have a great trip,
It depends. I was on a full day excursion from a river boat. It is a lovely little town. I would spend a night if you want to see the castle with tour, church, etc. Spending the night would be reasonable considering U.S. currency or English pound. Absolutely stay, just enjoying the lovely parks, shops, eating traditional food is lovely. Just strolling is pleasant. Have a meal at the Grand Hotel restaurant is the best for traditional czech food. Loved it. Just a day trip really does an injustice to this lovely town and area.
