Hi. We had a private vehicle, but were staying nearby at the Ash Grove Motel, which was pretty good, and also walking distance to the Falls one morning before breakfast.

Hi, we didn't go on a tour as we were staying at a motel very close to the Falls. It was the Cooks Lookout Motel. It was only a short drive from there. Also I agree with the previous reply, Keri Keri is a great place to visit.

Hello Jack

We were fortunate enough to have access to a private vehicle.

We just drove there ourselves. Followed the signs and just wandered around. There were people in canoes down below but not sure if they were on a tour. I would recommend to ask at one of the travel/tour guide places in Pahia,

I don't believe there is a tour either but when you arrive at the Falls you can go into the info centre and book to go out for a paddle on the water in a waka(canoe) with a guide who will tell you the legend of Haruru Falls.

There is no tour that I am aware of. We just got directions from the Information Centre and drove out to it ourselves. You can then leave your car in the Car park and walk to the Falls from there. You can view them from the top and then follow the trail right down to the bottom. My advice is to go to you nearest Information Centre.

No tour needed. Just follow the road sign to the Falls, there is a car park, and the falls are just a short walk from there.

We did our own thing - just drove there and wandered around, no need for a guide.
