Hi, recently I stayed at this resort. After checkout, I found that my IDR 200.00 deposit was deducted from my credit card. I called the resort and the staff told me that the deposit will be returned to my card within 2 weeks time. Is this the common practice ?Have you come across the same experience after checkout at this resort?
Yes, this is common practice in this resort. I double paid the resort, as they did not return the deposit immediately. I spent quite a few phone calls with (useless) resort staff and in the end i called my bank to block the payment. I raised a complaint to General Manager of the resort, but no excuses from him. I will never go back to this terribly managed (and maintained) resort and warn my friends and family not to go there.

I think the staff needs to improve their communication skills and master of spoken English as I didn't understand them most of the time when they spoke
We enjoyed our stay there and my kids want to go back there again
