Sorry I never answered this before. Not sure about the opening days but it should be. Probably not Christmas day. The walk is manageable for stroller.

2 hours is good time, unless you want to picnic or so.

Parking is safe and you pay for entrance.

As for how long to spend I think it depends on how long you have min an hour as we spent half a day. There are braai areas. A river over the bridge (where the potholes are).

Parking is readily available and it's safe. You need at least one hour for a quick visit, but you could also spend half a day if you want to include a swim in the pools or have lunch in the local restaurant.

There is plenty of parking and it is an easy walk to the potholes.

You would need a minimum of 1-2 hours to enjoy the site

You can spend minimum of an hour to as much time as you want. I think 2hrs is more than enough as you can other areas on the same do.

Parking is not a problem - you have to pay to enter (minimal) and there are tons and tons of cars and tourists coming and going.

No problem with safe parking. I would spend at least an hour if you want to linger over these beautiful gorges.

Yes parking is indeed available and safe. I would also suggest an hour (depending on the crowds).

As I remember it, there is ample parking there and it seemed safe. I would say to plan on at least 60-90 minutes to enjoy the view and to walk around the pools a bit

Yes, parking is available. We visited during a journey as we were passing by and used it as a pit stop. I'd suggest an hour or so.
