I stayed in this hotel in November 2015. After my bad review and so many others why are you still selling unfit rooms to unsuspecting people. The hotel has been undergoing a refurb well before I had the misfortune of staying, you seem to be wrecking any possibility of anyone returning to stay when it is finished, as you are still blatantly taking money for these horrible filthy rooms.
Our new project started in march of this year and we are striving to complete our upgrade as soon as possible.
" New project" that is an understatement, as well as the wrong answer. The hotel has been offering very poor accommodation in the guise of a refurbishment for a very long time. I reviewed my stay in 2015. Instead of misleading your guests, be honest and take a good hard look at the rooms you are selling.
