I stayed recently and forgot to check out. I know my credit card has been charged to settle my bill but I need a copy of the bill for my own records.

I have emailed the hotel twice and had no response. I have spoken to reception twice and had my email taken and still nothing. Who exactly do I need to contact to obtain a copy of my bill??
