Hotel Mercurio Venezia Questions & Answers

Wellington, New Zealand

Hi all,

We are arriving in Venice in a week or so. Could you please tell me the easiest ways to get to the Hotel from the airport (and cost); and also the easiest to get from the hotel to Venezia S. Lucia (and cost).

We are looking to book a connecting trains and just want to know travel times, costs etc.

Thanks so much, any help would be much appreciated.

Dear Guest,

from Marco Polo's Airport you have 2 options. You can take a private taxi boat (there is a swarf beside the airport) that in 30 minutes will bring you to the Hotel (in a canal at 100 metres from the hotel actually)The cost is 120 € for all the family.

The other option is to take the public boat Alilaguna, 15 € per person (Blue Line for San Marco Square or Orange Line if you get to Rialto waterstop) that in 1 hour / 1 hour and 20 minutes (the Orange line made less stop and takes 1 hour to reach Rialto. Then from both the waterstop you have to walk 5 minutes for the Hotel (we are beside at the Opera House LA FENICE)

About Santa Lucia Station you can take a public boat that in 15 minutes will bring you there from Rialto waterstop (ticket 7,50 € each person).

If you need other informations do not hesitate to cntact us.

Best regards
