Hotel Margherita Questions & Answers

Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We are renting car at the Milan airport for transportation to hotel. How do we drop off our luggage before we return car to Hertz, plus if we decide to return car the following day where do we park the car and get our luggage to hotel? It appears the address is the same for both cars we rented.

We also rented car from Europcar to use when we depart hotel on October 14 to drive in Tuscany area. Would you tell me if we can use train to get to Viale San Bartolomeo 457 La Spezia or near there?

Thank you for your help

AT HOTEL MARGHERITA FOR 3 NIGHTS. WE WILL RETURN CAR TO HERTZ- AFTER DROPPING OFF LUGGAGE. JUST USING IT FOR TRANSPORTATION. HOW DO WE GET LUGGAGE TO HOTEL BEFORE WE DROP OFF CAR.

ON OCTOBER 14 WE RENTED A CAR FROM EUROPCAR

WHICH IS LOCATED AT VIALE SAN BARTOLOMEO 457 LA SPEZIA . WE WILL USE CAR TO DRIVE IN TUSCANY.

CAN WE TAKE TRAIN TO LOCATION ?

Dear Sirs

you can certainly take the train from Monterosso to La Spezia

There is a train every 15 minutes and it will take approx. 20 minutes

Agree with Graeme P, take train to Monterosso from La Spezia. we took taxi from station to Hotel Margarita - 10 euro. consider that if you have luggage of any significance. Great choice on the town and the hotel!

The trains run from La Spezia throughout the Cinque Terra villages. La Spezia is a large city but you can get around it easily enough. We walked all over it in a day and took the train back to Monterosso easily. The trains run frequently and only cost a little more than €2 each trip. From the station in Monterosso it's a 15 minute walk with some uphill (not too steep) to Hotel Margherita.
