Is anything being done about the negative feedback ref food and staff can not have cold food no matter how much we have paid
Being realistic, there are going to be times when food will not be as hot as you would like.. simply because of the amount of people eating etc.. there is a microwave should you feel the need to have food piping hot.. we didn't use this as we generally had or felt it was good enough.. a lot of people forget this is a 3 *** Hotel... don't be over fussy or get your expectations to be 4**** or more. Only time we felt it was that busy we Breakfast time.. the earlier you go in, the better... as in my review, treat the staff with respect & you will get the same in return. We are all human...
For the week we were there there was no issue with the food. Good choice.
I didn't have any complaints about the food, there was loads of choise and was always hot.
Honestly I really think the food was a good standard and I found the staff very pleasant. Like one other person on here get in early if you want it piping hot.I have stayed at higher rating hotels in England and the food was lousy compared to this....
I can only speak from my own experience, snd I can honestly say that I did not have any problems with the food or service.
Nope we complained to the waiter and he just said there is a microwave over there
Get an answer from Parasol Garden staff and past guests.
