What is the best tour (tour guide or private tour) of CORDOBA's Jewish Quarter, including the synagogue and Casa de Sefarad?
I am sorry but I was on a private tour, it was set up ahead of time by our tour company. But they also had audio equipment to use for a fee.
At the Cathedral/Mosque there are group tours for all languages. This is the best way to see all the best of Cordoba. You will struggle to get into the synagogue is difficult to get into without being on a tour.
i think you may be best doing you own thing. The bus tours are ok in that you can hop on and off but I am unaware of any specific guides to the synagogue. There may be tours of the jewish quarter but it is easily explored on foot. Good luck
We only used the sightseeing bus and the horse drawn carriages. There were several tour guides taking groups around. Tourist information or your Hotel reception might know better.
We had a group tour guide and she was very good, easy to understand and very informative. They are probably the same guides that do the private tours.
I wouldn't say you need a tour guide, you can do it on your own, and you can use the help of Casa de Sefarad. They are very helpful with lots of information. The Jewish Quarter is not to big so it is easy to Manage.
