Hotel Jules Cesar Arles MGallery Collection Questions & Answers

Midlands, UK

Though this hotel is supposedly wheelchair accessible (lift by the entrance, adapted rooms, etc.), there's a review on Trip Advisor saying there's a step to the breakfast room. Is that still the case, and, if so, how big is the step? Also, do the adapted rooms have baths or wheel-in showers?

Indeed there are 2 steps which are not high but still impossible to roll over with a wheelchair. The best would be to call the hotel directly to ask though. maybe they have a solution to overcome those two steps... usually adapted rools at AccorHotels have wheel in showers!
