Dear staff at Ribchester barn,
I would like to write a formal written complaint after a recent visit on 24/06/16 to your accomodation which didn't even last one night due to disgusting service and unacceptable standards for 5 star.
This stay was generously bought as a wedding present for me and my husband as we could not afford a honeymoon ourselves, we also had to pay additional money to fulfil our stay at a weekend.
My question to staff is do you have an e-mail so I can outline my concerns as a formal written complaint directly to you, and I will also be requesting a full refund due to the accomodation and facilities not being used by us for reasons I will outline in my complaint.
Your swift response and complaince with this issue would be much appreciated and will prevent me taking this issue any further.
