Hi I have a room booked for 14th February. I have emailed but received no reply. I noticed it said in small it is 2 single beds I booked a dou le room. Im hoping can be rectified as was really looking forward to our stay as alit of friends ha e highly recommended your hotel
My daughter booked the Blooms hotel on line. We had 2 rooms
Both had a double and a single bed
Ours had carpet and theirs had a tile floor.
We did not have any issues while staying at the Blooms hotel.
Suggest you call them if possible

I hope it works out for you as it's a brilliant hotel in a great location.
The hotel is not a 5 but it’s totally worth the location!!!
