Hi, Can you tell me if there was a charge to park and how long you would anticipate spending here without a formal tour? Thank you!
If the weather is fine, a couple hours will allow you to enjoy a snack from the kiosk and to trek the road along the ridge. Parking was free along the small road leading up to the view point. Its tricky to reverse out. Better to park low and hike up. If its rainy, you might just give it a miss as the path will become very rough and you won't have a few. Like being at the Clffs of Moher on a really wet day. Great if you like that kinda thing. Miserable if you don't :)
Hi, there is no charge to park. I would say a couple of hours is fine, maybe slightly more dependent on the weather. It's an absolutely stunning spot and you could spent hours just looking out to see. You have to treat yourself to a lovely coffee while their. Hope you enjoy your trip.
No charge to park up but it's very very limited and tight turning space when you want to get out.
My advice get there early reverse park or better still park up lower down on road and walk the cliff path. It's stunning and worth the effort. Great little pop up coffee wagon selling great home made cakes and good coffee. A good couple of hours you don't need a tour do it yourself and just enjoy the experience. It's wild and unspoilt at the mo bug over time this will become a very popular spot.
No charge to park. There is no formal tour that I am aware of. spend as long as you like. If weather good a hour if weather bad 10 mins..lol
Hi Samantha G,
Parking is free but it is a steep awkward area so it can be quite tight and awkward to reverse and turn around if it's busy. There is no formal tour that I know of but it has information boards and a coffee and suivenier truck. There is a walk over to hells hole which is worth seeing while you are there so allow your self some good time when you visit depending on how much you enjoy scenery and the weather. Enjoy your holidays
